Our cuisine is the beating heart of the experience at the Hotel Giancarlo. Here, tradition and creativity meet to offer an authentic experience. Our passion for the fish of the Adriatic Sea is alive in every dish. From the catch of the day to classic seafood dishes, every bite is a journey into the flavours of the sea.
We know that every family is different, and this is also reflected in our cuisine. Our younger guests can delight in dishes designed especially for them, ensuring that children too can experience the authentic taste of our cuisine. For them, we have high chairs and booster seats, crockery, glasses and cutlery available.
In addition, we are proud to offer options for our guests with special dietary needs. We join the Eating Out Program of the Italian Celiac Association (AiC). In particular you will find at breakfast a buffet dedicated to gluten free with packaged and homemade products. At lunch and dinner you will choose between two gluten free menus with possible variations. The side dishes will be served at the table. You will have a waiter dedicated to you.
